I’ve had the black couch that you see above in our apartment, in my previous apartment. Before that, it was in the small rooftop apartment that I lived in for eleven years when I arrived in Paris. And before that, it was in my house in San Francisco.
Thankfully, there’s a law in France that you can move some of your things to France without paying taxes…
