Such delicious food, even the descriptions make everything sound amazing. I’m sooo hungry, think I’ll go and make dinner. Tonight, prawns, mushrooms, spinach and tomato basil passata with linguine, not forgetting garlic bread and Parmesan as sides.

David, I enjoyed watching Trigg make Fan tuan-looked delicious!!!!! Thank you for always giving us a new experience. On another note, I’m going to Nashville next weekend and have tickets to hear Ajiri. Again, I met her through your podcast and she’s become a friend!!!! I gave her book, Joie AND one of yours to a dear friend for 🎄. New Year Blessings to you and Romain.

Living in Brooklyn, I don’t know why I’ve never eaten at Win Son, but after listening to the discussion and watching the videos, I must! My mouth is watering! Thank you for such a full and interesting introduction to this place!

wonderful!- I was surprisingly touched when 'ready dough' was described as 'becoming sad'- wish I were near NY-
