This was a great elaboration on your book Drinking French. In our house this book never gets put back on a shelf with all the other cookbook. It’s alway out ready to be used.

Yes, great. I only caught the first few minutes of it last night but looking forward to the rest. I don’t know anything about sound recording but do want to tell you that I think your "sound" could use some tweaking. Your voice doesn’t sound quite present, up front, or close enough to mic maybe? I’m guessing that among your myriad followers, you could crowdsource some tech advice? Good luck, dear David. In the weird one-way world of media, I count you as a ‘friend’ and love following your life.
