Yes, I was testing the app and expecting to find glitches, but they did a really good job with it and it would well, and yes...it's easy to navigate too!
This is an unprofessional and disappointing experience. Terrible customer service. I've written 3 times that I have paid $50 and have their receipt) and I get no access to your upgraded subscription. At first they responded with no information and now don't respond at all. Disappointed as I will be, if they can't correct this, I'd like my subscription fee back. Please advise. BTW, your subscription is not alone, the lack of access happens related to Mark Bittman's subscription as well. Disgraceful.

Just a note that if you use Comcast (or AOL), they have very strong spam filters and often newsletters get sent to spam, so please check there as I see you are indeed, on the subscriber list.
