I'm not a podcast person but I caught up with this because I find the subject fascinating. I loved it, thank you!!! I'm one who really appreciates a well-tested recipe and I respect the work the authors put into recipe development in the same way that I respect the work chefs put into preparing food at a restaurant. I'm not a fan of comments like 'well I didn't make your recipe, I did something completely different and I think my version is great'. Good for you. When I buy a cookbook (or dine out), I'm paying you to tell me what YOU, the author or chef think, not for you to listen to how I think you should have done it. Ok, rant over! Thanks again for a great listen!
Enjoyed the chat. I’m sticking to my trusted recipe sources. Chat GBT is not welcome in my kitchen anytime soon. Who can you blame when the recipe fails?
Who was the author of "Oranges" mentioned?
Thank you for another great conversation. Very interesting to hear both of your perspectives!

Great listen and encapsulates what I like about your books/Insta/writing - authenticity and honesty
