Thank you for such an interesting interview. I attended classes at La Cuisine in 2015 and 2016. They are still some of my fondest experiences and memories of Paris. The sauce and wine & cheese pairing classes were especially fun. It’s also taken me nearly 6 years now to make macarons almost perfectly. I say almost because they still come out hollow sometimes. I look forward to traveling to Paris again so that I can take another cooking class.
